strong partnerships
with top customers,

and bring unique insights from the foodservice industry to our organization.
What will you do?
* Define and implement the global foodservice channel strategy, tools, and best practices in collaboration with HQ and regional teams.
* Drive business growth and profitability through customer mapping, market penetration, and sales excellence initiatives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key global accounts and identify new opportunities.
* Recruit, develop, and inspire high-performing global and local sales teams.
* Support Business Units in aligning product strategies with foodservice market needs.
* Lead digital transformation projects to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
* Ensure achievement of budgeted results (sales, GM, PM, OPEX) for the channel.
Who are we looking for?
* Master's degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in the global food service industry.
* Proven leadership experience with P&L responsibility and strong strategy execution skills.
* Expertise in sales management and familiarity with cross-functional environments (marketing, finance, supply chain).
* Strong analytical mindset, data-driven approach, and ability to manage change.
* Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
* Flexible, culturally aware, and willing to travel internationally (30–40%).
