As Warranty Auditor, you will investigate machine failures and judge warranty claims per warranty policy for your region in EMEA. From the HQ, you will manage communication with dealers and Service Managers based throughout EMEA, analyse machine failures for your product and support Product Service Managers with issue investigation, and analyse dealer claim behaviour for your region.
We’re looking for someone who will:
1. Process warranty claims per Bobcat Warranty Policy, consolidate warranty documentation and validate all information reported on claims.
2. Process warranty claim decision, get approval per Level of Authority, notify customer of outcome and initiate credit, repair or replacement product.
3. Support distributor and customer warranty queries timely with the help of internal stakeholders.
4. Process service support invoices, maintain records, resolve any customer/dealer disputes.
5. Successful completion of Warranty claims within agreed timelines
6. Analyse dealer claim behaviour and perform dealer audits.
7. Analyse product claim behaviours and review with Product Service Managers.
8. Provide regular reporting for your product and region.
9. Visit dealers locally in EMEA together with the Service Manager for Auditing & training purposes
10. Stay up to date of product evolutions for all products. Ensure general understanding of the working of all products.
11. Develop in-depth technical expertise for your product.
12. Maintain a close relationship with the Product Service Manager for your Product in order to get technical expertise, learn about technical issues and be able to function as a technical backup.
What sets you apart:
13. English and Dutch speaking mandatory
14. Relevant experience in a process-based environment
15. Technical and/or hands on experience on hydraulics, combustion engines, electrical systems, CAN bus technology in material handling, construction or automotive industry
16. Experience in dealing with multi location teams
17. Experience in B2B industry
18. Experience working with Ms Outlook, Excel & Powerpoint, (SAP, Oracle 11i knowledge are an added value)
19. Excellent computer skills – experience of an ERP system
20. Ability to read technical specs and make recommendations
21. Ability to handle multiple demands and adhere to deadlines
22. Strong attention to detail.
