Description
We are currently looking for a field-based In-Store / Visual Merchandising Specialist for Belgium and Luxembourg, who will report to the In-Store Specialist & Sales Events Manager.
The opportunity:
The In-Store / Visual Merchandising Specialist ensures the presence of Kering Eyewear brands among opticians, guarantees visibility and sell-out, the execution of Trade Marketing activities at the local level and product training, in accordance with the organization of points of sale, brand guidelines and Go-to-Market strategies.
How you will contribute:
1. Be the point of contact in terms of visual merchandising for an assigned customer portfolio
2. Ensure compliance with the directives given by the Houses of the Kering Group
3. Identify and develop Trade Marketing plans at the local level
4. Negotiate privileged spaces for assigned brands
5. Ensure maximum visibility in terms of POS for permanent and seasonal activities
6. Guarantee the local implementation of the Trade Marketing strategy in key cities and among Top Clients
7. Provide product training to designated customers
8. Assist the sales team in presenting collections to customers, particularly during local sales events
9. Assist the Marketing team in presenting products and brands to salespeople during seminars
10. Assist teams in organizing in-store and showroom events
11. Monitoring of sell-out results at certain points of sale
Who you are:
12. University degree
13. +2 years of experience in commerce or visual merchandising, preferably in the optical, fashion, luxury or beauty sectors
14. Field-based experience required
15. Mobility: travel for 80% of your time in Belgium and Luxembourg
16. Good knowledge of the fashion and luxury markets
17. Training skills
18. Positive, proactive, results-oriented attitude and capable of self-motivation
19. Good command of Excel and PowerPoint
20. Fluent both in Dutch and French
21. Good command of English
22. Driving Licence required
