We are looking for Business Analyst to join our Insurance team.
Responsibilities
1. Establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
2. Working closely with clients to define and optimize their roadmap
3. Gather accurate requirements and create user stories
4. Strategically and creatively think about how the consumer experience should work; translating a vision to processes and requirements
5. Shaping and executing complex digital transformations
Show Us What You’ve Got
It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:
6. 5 - 10 years Business Analysis experience
7. Product Owner or Agile related delivery experience
8. Ability to create Business Cases
9. Ability to run sessions with stakeholders to get requirements
10. Familiar with Epic, User Story Writing
11. Independently leading sessions to gather information from key stakeholders
12. Knowledge of process re-engineering will be an advantage
13. Effective communicator - liaising between stakeholders and users
14. Agile methodology experience
15. Financial Industry experience
16. Experience in insurances (life or non life)
