Job description The mission of Wooclap is to help people teach and learn by blending interactive technology with pedagogical best practices. Our primary product, Wooclap, is a cutting-edge engagement platform trusted by leading education institutions like Polytechnique, HEC or Université Paris Cité and by major companies such as Dior, Total or Vinci. More recently, we’ve launched Wooflash, a revision platform designed as a complementary tool to support pedagogical continuity and personalized learning paths. We’re on the lookout for a talented Business Developer to join our dynamic Sales team and drive our growth. This is where you come in. In this role, you’ll take ownership of client acquisition for Wooflash in the field of Education. As a trusted partner, you’ll guide customers from the initial introduction to the final contract signature. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, understanding and inspiring use cases, assisting prospects in testing and implementing Wooflash, providing platform training, negotiating contracts, and more. Role & Responsibilities Own the Sales process from A to Z for your portfolio of prospects Be the face of Wooflash (either in events, conferences or in relevant networks) and make sure we gain high visibility on the market. Develop a strategic approach to identify and reach key interlocutors (Digital Learning Managers, Learning Technologists, L&D Directors etc.) with the appropriate messaging Pitch Wooflash and perform demos to new prospects Understand the needs of your prospects to identify business opportunities and help the product team prioritize developments Conduct full negotiations with your prospects on all aspects of their projects (financial, legal, technical, etc.) Project management Follow up on projects on a weekly basis to help organisations testing Wooflash make the most of our platform Offer exceptional customer service to answer questions and solve any obstacle faced by your prospects Work in collaboration with other teams (Marketing, Product, Tech, etc.) to meet the expectations of your prospects Cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement & business intelligence Work closely with other teams to contribute to cross-functional projects, ensure alignment and deliver customer insights to the entire Wooclap team Contribute to the definition of the customer experience we need to build (in terms of value proposition, product, pricing, offer…) to reach leadership positions on our market Participate in the optimisation of existing processes to make the team ever more efficient Develop an expertise of our market to understand and anticipate customers’ needs Follow EdTech news to identify the latest innovations, trends and opportunities
