JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Within the Sourcing team, the Sales Analyst & Support ensures the management and negotiation of a sale in collaboration with the Key Account Manager (KAM) in order to guarantee the attractiveness to our Veepee members. You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the offer (assortment & prices) and you will be the link between our brands and our internal departments in order to ensure a smooth sales production process.
2. The Kids, Underwear & Accessories team is part of our sales department. Within this team we work with different renown brands such as : Marlies Dekkers, Woody, Chantelle, Someone, Vingino, Clio Goldbrenner, Samsonite and many others.

TASKS
4. 1. Offer Management
5. Close contact with the brands to collect the commercial elements and build an offer file that respect the veepee quality standards.
6. Conception of the offer based on deep analysis using internal & external data to identify and negotiate the best assortment & best prices (product list, best seller identification, stock, buying price,...).
7. Monitoring of the stock available in our warehouse in order to reach our stock rotation standards.
8. Definition of the selling price in order to maximize the sold quantities & the generated margin.
9. Sales forecast activity & identification of potential turnover.
10. Your strategic analysis & insight will be founded on previous campaigns data, elasticity & A/B test studies, physiological pricing, benchmark information, market knowledge,...
11. 2. Sales Management
12. Guarantee the commercial milestones & compliance requirements to secure the sale opening on time (offer validation in internal, confirmation of the final prices & stock, referent check price,...).
13. Coordination with the Sales Production Teams (Data Managers & Content Managers) in order to ensure a smooth content production and a high quality sale online.
14. 3. Commercial Analysis
15. Follow up of the main performance KPIs during the sales to identify growth levers and improvement actions.
16. Sales reports after the sale to be shared internally (KAM & Team Manager) and with our Brand partner.
17. Business review preparation together with the KAM in order to identify development leverages with our Brand partner.
18. Material creation for brand meetings, and participation when necessary.
MUST HAVE skills
19. Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
20. 1-2 years proven experience in a sales analysis, business analysis, or similar role.
21. You are result-oriented and have strong analytical & data management skills.
22. You have good negotiation skills.
23. You are rigorous, well organized and can work with tight deadlines.
24. You are a team player and can closely collaborate with the KAM and different departments.
25. You are willing to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment.
26. You have a high level of communication and presentation skills.
27. You master Google Apps and Office Pack, specially Gsheet, Slides and Excel.
28. You possess excellent French or Dutch language skills and are fluent in English.
