Digital Marketing Intern
Based in our Antwerp Office – Period of 3-6 months
The opportunity – Why this role exists
As our Digital Marketing Lead focuses on building Kebony’s new website, we need a motivated intern to take ownership of day-to-day digital marketing activities. This is not a passive role – you will work across website maintenance, SEO, paid and organic campaigns, performance reporting, and content. You will get real ownership, mentorship from an experienced team, and hands-on exposure to a modern, full-stack digital marketing setup at a global sustainable brand.
Make it yours – What you will own and do
Website & SEO
- Keep the Kebony website healthy and performing – maintaining and updating content in WordPress, checking pages and links, and flagging issues to the Digital Marketing Lead
- Support our SEO efforts – from on-page improvements and keyword research to exploring GEO (generative engine optimisation), making sure our content surfaces well in AI-driven search and answer engines
Campaigns & Content
- Assist with paid and organic campaigns across search and social – including scheduling and publishing content across Kebony’s channels
- Support content creation and light design work to keep our channels fresh and on-brand – contributing your own ideas to how Kebony shows up online
Reporting & Analytics
- Pull together performance reporting across our website and channels – turning data into simple, useful insights that help the team make better decisions
- Lend a hand across the wider digital marketing mix as projects come up – learning the ropes and building a broad foundation for a career in digital
Tools you will work with
You will get hands-on with a broad, modern digital marketing stack. No prior experience is required across all of these – learning them is a key part of the opportunity
- Analytics & reporting: Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Piwik PRO
- SEO: SEMrush, Ahrefs
- Website: WordPress
- Paid & social: Google Ads, Meta for Business
- Creative: Adobe Creative Suite
- Business systems: Odoo
Your commitment to the team – Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of the tasks assigned to you – follow through, deliver on time, and flag early if something needs more time or support
- Maintain Kebony’s brand voice and quality standards in every piece of content you create or publish – accuracy and consistency matter as much as creativity
- Be curious, proactive, and willing to learn – ask questions, bring ideas, and make the most of the mentorship and exposure this role offers
- Collaborate openly with the wider Marketing team – sharing updates, asking for input when needed, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere
What we are looking for
You don’t need years of experience – this role is designed as a launchpad. What matters most is attitude, curiosity, and a genuine desire to learn
- Genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing and a desire to build a career in it
- Familiarity with social media platforms and an understanding of how brands use them
- Good written communication skills in English and a sharp eye for detail
- A proactive, organized, and reliable approach – comfortable picking things up and running with them independently
- An interest in sustainability and what it means to work for a purpose-driven business
- Comfortable working in English; additional languages are a plus
