Your responsibilities include:
1. Conduct mappings via LinkedIn for experienced professionals and provide insights to recruitment teams.
2. Attend and take notes during interviews.
3. Prepare clear reports and summaries for the business.
4. Support various HR initiatives such as onboarding, analysing the results of our Global People Survey, preparing for evaluation cycles, analyzing turnover data and updating our career paths.
5. Collaborate with both the Experienced Recruitment team (2 days/week) and the HRBP team (3 days/week) on projects.

Skills & Qualifications
6. You are a student (bachelor or master) in communications, HR, business, or a related field.
7. You are organized, proactive, and enjoy coordinating between different teams.
8. You can communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally.
9. You are a team player and comfortable following up on tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
10. Your Dutch and English are excellent.
