Job Description
Main responsibilities in this role include ensuring Level 1 support by intervening according to technical incidents, responding to incidents and solving as many requests as possible on the first call using available tools or by visiting the site. This involves encoding, handling, monitoring, and finalizing tickets, as well as managing the deployment of PCs and their images, including hardware and software installation. Active participation in the development of solutions and procedures, as well as project implementation is also expected.
In addition, Key Responsibilities include actively monitoring technological developments in the market and managing the life cycle of various technological components. Some of these include:
* Managing users, computers, groups in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory
* Managing shared email addresses and mailboxes in Exchange On-Premise and Online
* Mastery of Teams, Sharepoint OneDrive
* Knowledge of Windows Server, System Center Configuration Manager, router and switch databases, ITIL
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a background in computer technology or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within an internationally distributed organization is required. Fluency in French and very good knowledge of English (spoken and written) are essential. Additionally, the candidate should have good knowledge of Office 2019, 2021, 365, Windows 10, 11, PC hardware and its peripherals. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
