Main activities: Autonomous to prepare and lead workshops, able to challenge customer’s needs, provide customized advises in functional aspects and help customer to specify and make functional choices Very good at writing (functional documents, specifications, user manual…) Very good communication skills: to provide regular follow-up and feedbacks, alert before a situation gets out of his control Have a strong implication in all project phases (design, definition, build, test, deployment, training, cut over, go live) Side activities: Presales support Independent work on internal topics within the scope in his own area of responsibility Create reusable content (process, business) for knowledge transfer, optimization standardization Coordinate actions of a small functional team, coach junior or professional functional consultants Willing to travel and go on-site for the needs of project Experiences / knowledge: 4-5 minimum years as functional consultant OR 7-10 years working in industry on Enterprise IT systems (ERP production, quality, logistics, MES…) 3-5 years of knowledge of SAP is a big plus Professional and personal development to build up adequate knowledge of the industries, technologies, products and market segments that Movilitas serves Very good English speaking and writing
