SUMMARY OF INTERNSHIP:
You will support the Director of Finance and the Finance team in their daily accounting and control tasks, contributing to the smooth financial operations of the hotel.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Checking the financial reports prepared by the night team
2. Monitoring various groups from start to finish (extra consumption documents, cancellations, etc.)
3. Encoding and checking daily consumption of customers in accordance with the relevant reports
4. Working in collaboration with the Sales team members to be able to send final invoices
5. Assisting in Account Payable daily tasks, and following up on suppliers’ invoices, credit notes, payments, reminders and formal notices
6. Checking balances imported from the various terminals into accounting software
7. Collaborating with Front Office and F&B teams to resolve billing discrepancies
8. Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, document organization, and supplier followu2011up
9. Updating the bank journal (cash receipts) and creating customer files
