The project:
Our client in the banking sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Ethical Hacker / Red Team Operator to strengthen their team.
Key responsibilities:
• Plan and execute Red Team engagements (end-to-end attack simulations)
• Develop and use advanced attack techniques (TTPs) aligned with real threat actors
• Perform initial access, privilege escalation, lateral movement, and persistence
• Evade detection systems (EDR, SIEM, SOC monitoring)
• Collaborate with Blue Teams for purple team exercises
• Deliver high-impact reporting including risk scenarios and business impact
Is this you?
• Deep expertise in offensive security and adversary simulation
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory attacks, cloud security (Azure/AWS), and endpoint security
• Experience with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK
• Proficiency in tools like Cobalt Strike, BloodHound, Mimikatz, Impacket
• Advanced scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, C#)
• Strategic and offensive mindset
• Ability to think like an attacker and anticipate defense mechanisms
• Strong autonomy and leadership in complex environments
• Certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, CRTO, OSEP are highly valued
