What You’ll Do:
1. Develop and implement change management and process improvement strategies across the sales organization.
2. Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness evaluations.
3. Lead communication plans, feedback loops, and training initiatives to drive adoption and minimize resistance.
4. Monitor change effectiveness using metrics, dashboards, and continuous improvement cycles.
5. Support cross-functional alignment.
Who You Are:
6. A proven change & process expert: You bring hands‑on experience in change management or process management, ideally within sales, commercial operations, or FMCG. You’ve led structured transformation initiatives, from mapping existing processes to implementing efficient, scalable improvements.
7. Comfortable guiding teams through change: You’ve facilitated stakeholder impact assessments, managed resistance, and fostered adoption through engagement, training, and communications.
8. Data-oriented and action-driven: You analyze performance metrics and translate insights into tangible process optimizations.
9. Collaborative across cultures: You work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, and thrive in fast-paced, international environments.
10. Language skills: Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a strong advantage.
11. Detail-oriented with control mindset: Experience with audits, SOPs, or process controls is a plus.
