What You'll Master in This RoleStrategic Revenue Leadership
* Design and implement comprehensive revenue strategies for each property
* Lead daily, weekly and monthly business reviews with hotel ownership and management teams
* Drive revenue optimization across all distribution channels and market segments
Advanced Analytics & Forecasting
* Develop sophisticated 13-month rolling demand calendars
* Create dynamic pricing strategies that maximize both ADR and occupancy
* Build competitive intelligence frameworks that drive market share growth
Business Development & Partnerships
* Optimize distribution mix across OTAs, direct bookings, and corporate channels
* Negotiate and manage key distribution partnerships
* Identify and develop new revenue streams and market opportunities
Cross-Functional Leadership

Your Background
Essential Experience:
* Minimum 1 year, ideally 2 of hands-on hotel revenue management experience
* Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and market share gains
* Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
* Experience with major PMS systems, channel managers, and revenue management tools
