Job Description
They are seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer, a unique opportunity to shape the financial strategy of a scaling organization while driving value creation in a PE‑backed environment. As CFO, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team partnering closely with the CEO and Private Equity stakeholders.
Accountable for all financial aspects across Business & Finance Control, Accounting, financial audit, legal & compliance.
Provide clear financial strategy, budget management and investment approval.
Act as a sparring partner to the CEO, leadership team, and Private Equity investors.
M&A and Integration: lead post‑merger integration, with a strong focus on systems, processes, and financial alignment.
Oversee ERP harmonization, supporting the transition toward a fully integrated environment.
The Successful Applicant
Master's degree in Business Economics or similar.
Experience with M&A (acquisitions and post‑acquisition integration).
Experience in high‑growth environments and recurring revenue models (MRR / ARR) is a must.
Background in IT / software / digital / consulting / professional services.
Experience with ERP systems, including SAP, SAP S/4HANA, ERP implementation or onboarding of new tools.
Experience with local GAAP (Belgium and Netherlands).
Experience interacting with banks and PE organization.
