We are looking for an Administrative Rental & Building Officer (commercial/retail real estate). You will supervise the portfolio on a financial & administrative level in coordination with several teams (accountancy, facilities, lease management notably )

Your missions and responsibilities
* Supervise lease (re)negotiation, payment terms & notification, statement of charges, encoding of information (in SAP) notably.
* Help the facility coordinators and accounting teams in the supervision of this commercial portfolio (energy consumption, maintenance incidence, invoicing,...)
* Make sure that rents and provisions for charges are invoiced correctly .
* Maintain client relationships & contact in order to have a better flow of information & overall satisfaction
The perfect profile
* Degree in real estate, property management or administrative related function
* +2-3 years in a similar role
* Good level in Dutch and french, and proficiency in english would be a plus
* Solid knowledge in commercial lease drafts & portfolio overview
* Analytical & commercial flair is sought after
