Key Responsibilities:
* Manage order-to-cash (OTC) processes for clients in Eastern Europe.
* Ensure accurate and timely order entry and follow-up.
* Provide high-quality customer support and address inquiries promptly.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
* Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
* Monitor delivery schedules and inform customers of any updates.
* Contribute to process improvements within the customer service department.
Requirements:
For this role, we are looking for candidates with:
* Experience in customer service, preferably in the medical industry or life science sector.
* Proficiency in handling order-to-cash processes.
* Strong communication skills in English and Polish. Any other language is an asset.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
* Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* An educational background in business, life sciences, or a related field.
