2. Manage existing leases and devise solutions for vacant spaces to meet business objectives.
3. Collaborate with property managers on building operations and assist investment managers in acquisition and disposition processes.
4. Support due diligence by providing underwriting assumptions, reviewing leases, and assessing property conditions.
5. Oversee budgets, business plans, and financial performance metrics, including rent collection and property valuation.
6. Foster strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
7. Mentor team members and manage performance review processes.
8. Ensure accurate data management and provide operational guidance on processes.
9. Higher education degree or equivalent experience.
10. Minimum of 5 years in real estate, preferably in the office sector.
11. Trilingual proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
12. Strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach.
13. Strong financial acumen with experience in cash flow, business plans, and budgeting.
14. Proactive, autonomous, and resourceful with excellent organizational skills.
15. Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
16. In-depth knowledge of the Benelux office market.
17. Basic technical understanding of real estate.
18. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
