Business Analyst - Digital Transformation
We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team, where you will play a key role in driving digital transformation for our clients. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions to drive growth and improvement.
Your primary focus will be on client engagements, which will constitute the majority of your time. You will work as part of high-performing teams embedded within client organizations or contribute to fixed-price projects within multidisciplinary teams. In this role, you will contribute to consulting assignments, work closely with the client to listen and analyze their needs, contribute to sales processes (spotting opportunities and drafting offers), and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of the following:
* A first experience in Business/IT Consulting or any other relevant domain is a strong plus. No experience yet, but freshly graduated and highly motivated? We will definitely consider that as well.
* Strong affinity and interest in digitalization, IT and technology, combined with a strong business acumen to build bridges between business and IT.
* Areas of Expertise: any skills obtained in one or more of the following domains is a plus: IT Advisory (Target Operating Models), Project Management, Business/Functional Analysis, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Architectural Design, ESG, or Product Management.
