Working alongside a Senior Designer, you will transform technical procedures into smooth, modern, and engaging learning experiences.Key Responsibilities:Instructional Design (Digital Focus): You will participate in creating and updating training modules—including e-learning, videos, and guides—using industry-standard tools like Articulate Rise/Storyline 360 and Camtasia.Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: You will manage training matrices and learning paths within the internal "My Learning" system.Technical Documentation: You will support the drafting, review, and withdrawal of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and Job Aids to ensure GxP compliance.Stakeholder Collaboration: You will manage content translations and collaborate daily with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders in both French and English.Your Profile:Education: Scientific background (Bachelor's or Master's degree).Languages: Full professional proficiency in English and French (both written and spoken).Technical Skills: Familiarity with the Articulate 360 suite or video editing tools is a major asset.Knowledge: Understanding of regulated laboratory workflows (GxP) and basic instructional design principles for adult learners.Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong team player who is curious to learn new processes.Why Apply?
