Experienced Multi-Team Scrum Master
Employment Type: Full-time | Contract
Work Model: Hybrid (onsite + remote)
About the Role: We are looking for an Experienced Multi-Team Scrum Master to guide and coach multiple Scrum teams in a complex, large-scale Agile environment.
In this role, you will be a servant leader and Agile coach, helping teams improve collaboration, delivery speed, and value creation while fostering a strong Agile mindset across the organization.
What You’ll Do
🔹 Scrum Facilitation & Team Coaching
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies:
* Sprint Planning
* Backlog Refinement
* Daily Scrum
* Sprint Reviews
* Retrospectives
* Coach teams toward self-organization, ownership, and continuous improvement.
* Remove impediments and improve team productivity.
* Promote and embody Scrum values: commitment, courage, focus, openness, and respect.
* Create a positive, trust-based team environment.
🔹 Product Owner & Stakeholder Support
* Support Product Owners in:
* Backlog management and prioritization
* Value-driven delivery
* Stakeholder alignment
* Ensure Sprint Reviews are effective product demos and feedback moments.
* Act as a bridge between business, IT, and external stakeholders.
* Ensure transparent reporting on progress and delivery.
🔹 Agile Community & Continuous Improvement
* Contribute to Agile maturity across teams and departments.
* Support knowledge sharing, onboarding, and coaching of Scrum Masters.
* Share best practices and help strengthen Agile ways of working.
What You Bring
* 5+ years of experience as a full-time Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
* Strong experience in multi-team Scrum environments.
* Proven experience guiding teams through a transition to Scrum.
* Experience coaching mixed Business & IT teams.
* Strong facilitation skills for both onsite and online workshops.
* Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as:
* Jira
* Confluence
* Mural
* Microsoft Teams
* Solid understanding of Agile values, principles, and frameworks.
Nice-to-Have
* Experience mentoring or coaching other Scrum Masters.
* Experience contributing to Agile communities or communities of practice.
* Experience working in large or complex enterprise environments.
Certification (good to have)
Scrum Master (PSM / CSM)
SAFe Scrum Master
Agile Coach certifications
PMP / Prince2
Product Owner certifications
*Certified LeSS Practitioner (CLP) (must have)
Language
* Dutch: Native or near-native level (C2)
* English: Professional working proficiency (C1)
