Technical Sales Role for Northern Europe
This is a dynamic technical sales position based in Belgium, where you will be responsible for driving BEA's presence among installers and distributors in the Northern European region.
Your primary goal will be to implement market and OEM strategies defined by Area Sales Managers and the Head of Area. You will achieve this by delivering training sessions to clients, acting as their primary technical contact, and gathering information from the field to share with your team.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong interpersonal and listening skills, be able to advise and guide internal and external clients, and have a critical mind that approaches work in a methodical way. Additionally, you should be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and organize visits to clients and/or prospects in accordance with set objectives.
* Deliver training sessions to clients to enhance BEA's technical credibility.
* Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned clients and provide ongoing communication.
* Monitor market needs, gather information from the field, and share insights with your team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business with a focus on a technical field or a Technical Bachelor's degree with commercial aspects.
* Strong language skills in English and French, with proficiency in Norwegian or Swedish being an asset.
* Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
* Excellent educator who can deliver training to various audiences.
* Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
* Persuasive and diplomatic, with the ability to advise and guide clients.
* Naturally curious and able to ask the right questions.
* Great capacity for adaptation, anticipation, and initiative-taking.
* True team player with the ability to work independently.
