Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a Transformation Office Lead who is strategic, collaborative, and analytical to join us in our Transformation Office team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium.
About the role
You will play a key role in helping senior leadership steer enterprise-wide transformation priorities. Working across multiple initiatives, you will provide an enterprise coherent view of priorities, value, risks, and dependencies to enable informed decision-making. You will not manage delivery directly; instead, you will integrate insights, challenge assumptions, and support disciplined portfolio governance across the organization.
Who you’ll work with
You will be working in a lean, high-impact Transformation Office team that partners closely with Executive Committee, Program Leads and key stakeholders across the organization. You will collaborate in a global, matrix environment where influence, intentionality and trust are essential to driving alignment and outcomes.
What you’ll do
1. Orchestrate the enterprise transformation portfolio, maintaining a clear and current view of priorities, dependencies, risks, and value contribution.
2. Enable senior leadership decision-making by preparing clear options for portfolio reviews, trade-offs, and investment choices.
3. Facilitate regular portfolio performance discussions, ensuring issues are surfaced, actions are followed up, and decisions are implemented.
4. Drive value realization by defining common success measures and monitoring value delivery across initiatives.
5. Coordinate and optimize cross-initiative dependencies, identifying overlaps or gaps and proposing pragmatic resolution paths.
6. Continuously improve portfolio governance, tools, and ways of working to simplify complexity and increase impact.
7. Ensure adequate resourcing and prioritization, including dynamic reallocation.
8. Maintaining enterprise consistency and transparency on the transformational portfolio.
