Creative Director (Brand & Content)
We’re not looking for a Social Media Manager to follow a calendar. We’re looking for a Creative Director (Brand & Content). Someone who understands that to win today, you don’t just need “content,” you need a Movement. You will have the freedom to propose bold, unconventional concepts and the resources to bring them to life immediately.

We need a strategist who will bridge the gap between David Laroche’s personal influence and Paradox’s institutional power. You will be a Brand Architect, designing a dual‑strategy that scales a personal brand while simultaneously building a standalone Company Brand that outlasts its founder. You will be a Creative Disruptor, constantly hunting for the “Purple Cow” and delivering unique stories no one else dares to tell. You will be a “ Doer with Taste,” turning ideas into executed formats that move audiences.

This is a full‑time position, carried out remotely or from our beautiful offices in Dubai or Lisbon. French and English fluency is required.

Transform a “Personal Brand” into a “Top‑Tier Media.” You lead the Content Factory not by administrative management but by creative authority, ensuring our output is so compelling its competitors look outdated.

Your 4 Major Responsibilities

Architect the “Dual‑Brand” strategy to reinforce David Laroche’s personal brand and Paradox’s company brand without cannibalization.

Propose radical new formats—documentaries, reality shows, conceptual shorts—to shatter the boring codes of the Self‑Help industry.

Define distinct, sharp editorial lines for each platform: Depth & Search for YouTube, Aesthetic & Vibe for Instagram, Authority & Authenticity for LinkedIn.

Take responsibility for the entire production chain: write hooks, storyboard, and ensure final cuts match the vision.

Co‑ordinate talent acquisition (motion designers, drone operators, niche experts) to bring concepts to life.

Serve as the final quality check—nothing gets published unless it meets the Paradox Standard of aesthetics and storytelling.

Leaders: Oversee the internal content team (Factory Manager, Video Editors, Graphic Designers…) and elevate standards of craftsmanship.

Fuel the Growth Engine: Collaborate with the Head of Growth to produce conversion‑focused assets for ads; analyze retention, CTR, CPL to iterate aggressively.

Proven Content Builder: Grew a media brand, YouTube channel, or personal brand to significant scale (100k+ followers or millions of views). Understands virality and retention mechanics.

Editorial Leadership: Managed a creative team (editors, designers), providing feedback that transforms a “good” video into a masterpiece.

Elite Scripting Skills: Showcased scripts that performed, structuring narratives with hooks that stop scrolling and keep audiences engaged for 20+ minutes.

Performance Fluency: Worked in environments where content drove business results (ads, launches, conversions), not just vanity metrics.

Personality

Intolerant to Mediocrity: Feels the sting of poor design; fights for detail and push beyond the average.

Psychology Obsessed: Studies human nature, constantly asking why people click, share, and what emotion drives them.

“Doer” with Authority: Takes the lead—writes scripts, directs shoots, and edits if needed.

No Ego, Just Impact: Accepts that concepts can flop, analyzes data, pivots, and shippes next ideas with renewed energy.

Language

French: Native/Bilingual.

English: Fluent, capable of detailed conversation.

Written communication conducted in English.
