How do we imagine our future Business and Talent Manager ?
We are looking for people who share our corporate values among our local and international networks and promote close relationships with our customers and internal teams. Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees!
As a Business and Talent Manager Internship, you will have full responsibility for creating, developing, and managing your business portfolio. You will be in charge of your clients and consultants:
* Research, prospection of new customers, definition of their needs
* Development of existing customers
* Participation in the negotiation, or renegotiation of the customers' contracts
* Answers of RFP and RFQ
* Follow-up of the consultants
* Recruitment and Management of the consultants.

Profile
* You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in business development.
* You are proactive, strong-willed, dynamic, and results-driven.
* Your communication skills, fun attitude, and results-oriented way of working are important assets to succeed in this mission!
* Graduated from a Business School or University, you have a first experience in a fast-paced BtoB environment (or consulting)
* You are fluent in French and English.
