The Technical Implementation Specialist is responsible for bridging the gap between our core LPPA extraction tool engine and clients’ downstream internal systems. You solve the “Last Mile” delivery problem, ensuring extracted data is accurately and immediately actionable within clients’ technical ecosystems such as eFront, Investran, or internal ERPs.
Responsibilities
* Act as the primary technical point of contact for new clients requiring custom delivery solutions.
* Analyze client downstream system requirements and draft comprehensive Functional & Technical Specification files.
* Navigate complex data mapping requirements and manage secure connectivity across diverse IT infrastructures (APIs, SFTP, SharePoint, Cloud Storage).
* Lead a technical team to deliver bespoke integration solutions in client‑required formats under tight deadlines.
* Facilitate daily stand‑ups to track progress, remove blockers, and align with the delivery roadmap.
* Perform internal QA on custom templates (Excel, CSV, JSON) to ensure 100 % accuracy against signed‑off specifications.
* Act as the first line of defense for production issues, performing initial triage and root‑cause investigation of reported bugs.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in technical implementation, integration engineering, or technical project management.
* Proficiency in navigating complex data mapping and secure connectivity across APIs, SFTP, SharePoint, and cloud storage solutions.
* Experience leading an agile delivery team, using tools such as Jira and Confluence to govern the development lifecycle.
* Hands‑on internal QA experience, ensuring 100 % accuracy against signed‑off specifications.
* Strong communication skills and ability to serve as the primary technical liaison for new clients.
* Experience troubleshooting and triaging production issues.
