IT&D Financial Governance Specialist

This role focuses on driving financial governance within the organization. You will partner with IT&D Leadership to align the IT&D Transformation Strategy and translate it into a business case.

You will enable and update the IT&D financial governance to facilitate effective decision-making. This includes leading and managing the design and execution of Pan-E IT&D Financial processes.

">

Additionally, you will implement and/or improve IT&D Business Management Office (BMO) processes, including financial aspects. You will support IT&D leadership through the Strategic Portfolio Management process to facilitate cross-team(s) coordination and prioritization.

">

Your key responsibilities will include owning and managing financial representations for IT&D partners, as well as supporting them for IT&D BMO financial processes. You will also collaborate with all Business units to achieve strategic profit management (actuals) and set targets (plan).

Ultimately, you will enable the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) framework to drive value-based decision making based on financial transparency.

Requirements

">

To succeed in this role, you should hold a Master's degree in Business Management, Business Engineering, Polytech, or similar. Professional experience in Financial Management/Budget Planning processes is essential, particularly in the Automotive industry, IT controlling, or External Financial audit.

You should have an analytical mindset and be able to understand a broad range of organizational challenges. Your communication and influencing skills should be strong, allowing you to effectively interact with mid- and senior-level management and key stakeholders.

">

Familiarity with MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, is required. Fluency in English is necessary, with any other European language being an added value.
