A leading Belgian paint company is looking for a freelance marketer to help position this new brand through a strong pull strategy. The main focus will be on architects as the primary target group, with the goal of generating awareness and qualified project leads, and referring them to certified painters through our sales channels.
Responsibilities
* Marketing strategy: Develop a strategic marketing plan in collaboration with the project and B2B marketing teams. Define the right mix of online and offline tools (e.g. samples, showrooms, leaflets, website, social media). Lead the implementation and execution of the online content strategy targeted at architects.
* Content creation: Create inspiring and engaging content for the website, social media, and email campaigns to build brand engagement.
* Photography & coordination: Organize and coordinate video and photo shoots together with internal teams and external partners.
* Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with both B2B and B2C marketing teams.
* Social media & CMS management: Set up new social media channels, manage content creation (including video production) and publication through the CMS.
* Data & performance: Define and monitor campaigns based on KPIs such as lead generation, social engagement, and website traffic. Continuously optimize for inspiration and conversion (e.g. sample or quote requests).
Experience & Competences
* Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation and social media management.
* Fluent in English (brand language) and Dutch.
* Experience with various CMS platforms is an asset.
* Proven experience in communication strategies for architects is a must.
* Strong aesthetic sense and passion for interior design, color, and lifestyle inspiration.
* Skilled in organizing video and photo campaigns.
* Flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented team player who easily switches between tasks.
* Excellent listening and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
