As the successful Account Manager - Flanders - Dental - Medical Devices, you will have the following responsibilities:
* Manage the assigned sales territory
* Become a strong collaborator to your customers - the General Dentists - to modernise and grow their business
* extend their equipment by proposing innovative solution such as scanners, various software and all related solutions.
* Plan and execute a territory sales plan based on understanding the potential, nurturing and growing the portfolio
* Use insights and a consultative selling approach to challenge and encourage your customers to adopt new digital processes and tools
* Achieve quarterly and yearly territory sales targets
* Partner with other team members, clinical support, and dental constituents within your territory to maximise customer experience and sales
As the successful Account Manager - Flanders - Dental - Medical Devices, you will have the following requirements:
* At least a Bachelor Degree or equivalent by experience
* At least 4 years of sales experience within the medical field - HCP approach preferred
* A good track record of performance, achievement, and excellence in growing businesses
* Industry experience selling medical device, capital equipment, dental, orthodontic is consider as a strong asset
* Strong relationship management with a portfolio-based, consultative approach-mapping stakeholders, aligning multi-product solutions, and growing account value
* Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience required
* Fluent in Dutch and English
* Willingness to travel in assigned territory and occasionally outside to attend meetings and events
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Salesforce preferred, and virtual communication platforms
