Responsibilities
* Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, operation workflows, and pain points across departments, collaborate with upstream and downstream to gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements, translating high-level business goals into clear and actionable solution objectives.
* Design end to end business operation solution architectures including process re‑engineering, workflow optimization, system integration, and data‑driven operational models.
* Collect cost from all stakeholders and build solution models to simulate the commercial impact in different scenarios.
* Present the solution design and commercial to leadership for review and sign-offs.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or above.
* 3+ years of experience on Accounting Analysis related work.
* Excellent Excel skills.
* Fluent in English.
* Team player.
* Strong data analysis skills.
* Experience in financial model build‑up.
* Outstanding communication and coordination skills.
