Als preventieadviseur ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren van veiligheidsprocedures, zodat iedere werknemer in dezelfde staat terug naar huis kan gaan als ze 's ochtends zijn vertrokken. Je geeft hierbij professioneel advies om de organisatie te laten voldoen aan alle aspecten van de welzijnswet en Codex. Je zal de productie bijstaan in het herkennen en remediëren van risico's die op de werven aanwezig zijn. Bij een arbeidsongeval doe je onderzoek naar de oorzaken, schrijf je een uitgebreid verslag en advies uit, en licht je alle essentiële partijen hiervan in.
Some of your duties include:
* You are jointly responsible for continuing implementing and safeguarding the entire safety policy From APK.
* Verplaatsingen binnen regio West-Vlaanderen en Henegouwen (Fleurus) zijn een must.
* You will help to further develop safety systems in the company.
* You will coach managers and employees on welfare, health and safety issues.
* You will collaborate on. toolbox meetings, safety meetings; where you raise awareness among direct employees about the importance of a sound prevention policy.
* As a prevention consultant, you are regular presence on the shop floor, in the warehouses and yards to monitor safety.
* You will ensure that legislation on prevention, safety and well-being at work is properly followed and applied.
* Your identifies and analyses risks, translates them into actions and measures and prepares global prevention plans, annual action plan and annual reports.
* You will investigate, report and advise on the prevention of occupational accidents and incidents.
* You are prepared to conduct safety training, education and information sessions.
Your profile
* Diploma Prev. Niv. 2
* Constructief samenwerken met overheden via werfvergaderingen, incidentmeldingen en verkeerscoördinatie.
* Afstemmen van vergunningen, signalisatie en hinderbeperking met gemeentelijke diensten en lokale politie.
* Kennis van de Belgische bouwwetgeving.Inzicht in de Codex, toegepast op bouwomgevingen.
* Knowledge of KB Tijdelijke en Mobiele Bouwplaatsen (TMB) en de rol van opdrachtgever, coördinator en aannemer.
* Begrip van signalisatie- en verkeersmaatregelen volgens het KB van 7 mei 1999 en relevante richtlijnen (MOW, AWV).
* Inzicht in grond- en funderingswetgeving, stabiliteitsvereisten en risico's bij bouwputten en beschoeiingen.
* Knowledge of milieu- en omgevingsaspecten op bouwplaatsen: bodem, afvalstromen, emissies, geluid, trillingen.
* Je spreekt zowel Dutch as French.
