How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
You will be an essential part of the Procurement Department, helping to shape strategies, establish framework agreements, and foster excellent supplier partnerships. This is a hands-on role where you will:
* Tackle Strategic Projects: Support major Tenders by mapping services for both Hard and Soft Facility Management (FM).
* Implement New Tools: Help deploy a cutting-edge Vendor Management System.
* Boost Compliance & Efficiency: Analyze top suppliers by spend, contribute to the development of metadata for an exciting AI chatbot solution, and reorganize contract classification.
* Develop Your Skills: Prepare and manage supplier cases, ensuring a performing administrative flow.
Are you a MATCH?
* Currently pursuing a Master 1 level degree.
* No work experience is required, but knowledge or familiarity with the organization of large companies is a major plus
* You are a:
o Strong analytical thinker and problem solver.
o Structured and organized individual.
o Great communicator with strong interrelational skills.
