Maintenance Engineer (5-10 years experience)

The assignment
* Analyse maintenance and failure data (MTBF, MTTR, OEE).
* Develop, draft and adjust maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, RCM).
* Safeguard the continuity and quality of the maintenance process.
* Identify and implement performance improvements for utility installations.
* Create lists of critical spare parts.
* Provide support for Root Cause Analyses (RCA) after breakdowns.
* Owner and executor of MOCs.
* Act as the technical point of contact for modifications or renewals of installations.
* Contribute to tenders and supplier selection for maintenance services.
* Document technical standards/instructions and optimise work processes.
* Collaborate with operational teams for continuous improvement.
Required knowledge and skills
* Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in electromechanics, energy technology, or equivalent.
* Able to communicate fluently in Dutch (working language on the floor).
* Good command of English (reporting, communication with international colleagues).
* Experience in maintenance engineering within an industrial environment.
* Knowledge of utility systems (HVAC, water, compressed air, steam, electricity, sprinklers).
* Experience with RCM, RCA and performance management.
* Analytical and results-driven.
* Strong in collaboration and communication.
* Proactive, accurate and process-oriented. xphnsxz
* Knowledge of SAP PM is a plus.
