This financial analyst role is focused on driving profitable growth together with the country leadership team. The role reports directly to and closely supports the Commercial Finance leader for the Benelux. Being a local finance person, you'll develop fantastic relationships with your key stakeholders, making yourself a trusted partner to the business and supporting them to drive the success of the business through the delivery of a high-quality financial offering. You'll drive positive change and improvements ensuring a visible and regular presence, refining processes and schedules, introducing new ways of working and ultimately maximising the value added by the team.
What You'll Do
* Month-end closing activities, balance sheet recons (revenue accounts), sales reporting.
* Specific focus on margins and profitability analytics
* Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, co-piloting business performance and enabling informed decision-making with quality commentaries.
* Support commercial finance initiatives including pricing strategies, investment evaluations, and profitability analysis.
* Champion continuous improvement by refining processes, enhancing financial tools, and driving value across the organization.
Qualifications
* Bachelor degree or equivalent
* 3 years of FP&A or business partnering experience
Skills
* Data-savvy
* SAP knowledge is considered a plus
* Accurate, reliable and pro-active
* Fluency in Dutch & English
