Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant:
As a Recruitment Consultant you will:
* Be responsible for developing your own region and "hunting" new business opportunities
* Manage and advice your portfolio of clients and candidates
* Build close partnerships with clients by identifying their needs and help their business grow
* Lead the recruitment process from A to Z, from the interview to the offer stage
* Conduct interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates
* Negotiate Commercial Terms of business and rates
* Have an involvement in the proposal process
* Celebrate successes with your team members
Jouw profiel
Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant:
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
* Master's Degree
* At least 2 years of experience, preferably in Sales (Business to Business) or in Recruitment (Recruitment Consultant / Business Manager)
* Fluent in French & English - first command / understanding of Dutch is an added value
* Smart working ability
* Ambition, outgoing personality, and a will to win
* Willingness to learn and develop commercial skills
* Resilience and ability to manage up and downs
* Team player
