Personal Assistant to the CEO of GigaBrands is a full‑time, mid‑senior level position that supports the CEO in achieving strategic goals while fostering a positive work environment. This role requires a proactive, highly organized, detail‑oriented individual skilled in multitasking and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
* Manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle all correspondence to ensure commitments are met efficiently.
* Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively while acting as liaison with internal teams and external partners.
* Assist in project management, coordinate meetings, and prepare documentation, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
* Support the CEO in strategic goal attainment and maintain a positive team culture.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives
* Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Proactive and flexible mindset to adapt to changing priorities
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Experience in project management is a plus
* Availability to work additional hours if required
