Join us as an IT Asset Manager (ITAM) and take the lead in shaping a robust and efficient IT asset ecosystem ensuring every asset delivers value through governance, compliance, and performance excellence.
The position is based in Brussels and requires full on-site presence.
Expected start date: January 2026.

Main Responsibilities :
* Define and enforce IT Asset Management policies and objectives, aligned with business goals and regulatory standards.
* Establish and maintain a comprehensive inventory of IT assets (hardware, software, licenses, and peripherals).
* Select, configure, and manage ITAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Lansweeper, ManageEngine) to ensure accurate asset tracking and reporting.
* Integrate procurement processes to automatically register new assets and capture key details (vendor, warranty, cost, license terms).
* Oversee asset deployment and assignment, ensuring documentation, ownership tracking, and compliance.
* Conduct regular audits and reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and maintain data integrity.
* Manage maintenance and lifecycle activities, including upgrades, transfers, and repairs.
* Define decommissioning and disposal procedures in compliance with security and environmental standards.
* Produce insightful reports on utilization, costs, and compliance to support continuous improvement and strategic decisions.
Candidate Profile :
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (3+ years) in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Languages: Very good command of French and English.
* Technical Tools:
* Proficiency in IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools such as ServiceNow, Lansweeper, or ManageEngine.
* Strong command of Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
* Technical Knowledge:
* Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (desktops, laptops, servers, networking, mobile devices).
* Strong knowledge of hardware lifecycle management and procurement workflows.
* Compliance & Standards: Familiarity with software licensing, data protection, and environmental compliancestandards.
* Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
* Collaboration: Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with IT, procurement, and finance teams.
* Certifications (a strong plus): CITAM, ITIL Foundation V4, or equivalent.
