Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Export / Revenue Growth Manager CEE to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with current EU Key Accounts in Retail and growing them. This role also involves prospecting and further developing the portfolio, particularly in negotiating year contracts and setting commercial strategy in CEE.
About the Role
* Maintain strong relationships with current EU Key Accounts in Retail and grow them.
* Prospect and further develop the portfolio.
* Negotiate year contracts and set commercial strategy in CEE.
Key Accountabilities
1. Drive channel & customer negotiation.
2. Set execution plans and prioritize opportunities.
3. Identify and implement new strategies to grow existing clients and generate new business.
Qualifications
* Master's degree or related; MBA is a plus.
* Proven commercial Category or Trade or Export or (EU) Key Account Managerial track record in a Retail / Chain / FMCG with major brand.
* Eager to grow & assure successes in managing & growing large key accounts in Europe.
* Demonstrated consumer love and understanding of market needs.
* Fluent in Dutch and English is mandatory.
* Location: Belgium - travelling to CE 20% - seasonal 40%
