About the Role
As a Master Data Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust master data framework across our organization. You will ensure governance, quality, compliance, and integration of all core data that drives our business processes. Acting as a key link between departments and systems, you will guarantee that our data is reliable, consistent, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
Governance & Standards
* Define and maintain data standards (naming, coding, attribute dictionaries, ETIM/Open Data Check, CBAM/ESG).
* Own RACI, policies, approval workflows, and segregation of duties.
* Establish and lead a Data Council (MDM, Product, Engineering, Operations, QA).
Data Quality & Controls
* Set data quality rules and thresholds (completeness, uniqueness, validity, consistency, timeliness).
* Monitor DQ dashboards, drive remediation, and conduct periodic audits.
* Own reference data such as units of measure and classifications.
Architecture & Integrations
* Own the system-of-record map and golden record definitions.
* Oversee integrations and synchronization between PDM ↔ ERP/MES ↔ PIM/CRM.
Compliance & Risk
* Ensure regulatory attributes at the master data level.
* Manage access controls, retention policies, and change logs.
* Guarantee data traceability and governance.
Enablement
* Develop training and playbooks for data creators and approvers.
* Manage service levels and escalation paths.
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Data Management, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in master data management, governance, or data architecture.
* Strong knowledge of ERP, PIM, CRM systems and integrations.
* Excellent analytical skills and experience with data quality frameworks.
* Strong communication skills and ability to align stakeholders.
