For one of our valued clients, a key player in the European energy landscape, we are looking for an experienced Python Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in React to support their innovation team.
As a Senior Python Developer, you'll join the Netcalc team. Your primary responsibility will be to improve existing, self-developed Python scripts to support the business team. Additionally, you'll play a significant role in defining and implementing sound governance and best practices, including the introduction of DevOps and process reviews. You'll be expected to follow the client's standards and ensure the delivery of high-quality code.
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience:
* Extensive experience with Python 3.11+. Please elaborate on your experience with this specific version.
* Demonstrable experience with Pandas and Numpy. Describe how you've applied these libraries in previous projects.
* Proven work experience as a senior or technical lead in a team.
* Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Azure DevOps. Please elaborate on your experience here.
* Experience with PyPSA and pandapower is a significant plus. Please elaborate on any experience you have with these.
Soft Skills: We are looking for a strong communicator who takes accountability for tasks and enjoys challenging the status quo to arrive at better solutions.
Languages: You can speak, read, and write fluently in English and French or Dutch.
