International Sales Representative – Life Sciences (Cosmetics, cosmeceuticals,flavors & fragrances)About Our CompanyNATIX S.A. (part of the highly successful Belgian group Floridienne) gathers the Life Sciences activities and specializes in the extraction and purification of performant natural bioactives with high added value for innovative and worldwide applications in pharma, food, and cosmetic & wellness industries.Our main products are plant- and animal-derived enzymes, and other natural ingredient specialties such as snail mucin and essential oils.Our Mission is improving human well-living by creating effective & innovative solutions, valorizing what nature offers, and contributing to a more sustainable world.Our Vision is to harvest unique, bioactive compounds from nature to provide consistent & sustainable effective ingredients, allowing our partners in health, nutrition, and cosmetics to improve people's lives.Your MissionAs International Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our global presence in the Cosmetics,cosmeceuticals,flavors & fragrances markets.Your mission is to develop and manage customer relationships internationally, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth while maintaining NATIX's commitment to quality, innovation, and responsibility.You will be responsible for negotiating commercial agreements within the framework of internal guidelines — including pricing, volumes, delivery schedules, and terms — and for ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal teams to deliver outstanding service and long-term partnerships.Your Roles1. Commercial Development & NegotiationManage and grow existing accounts across the Cosmetics, cosmeceuticals, Flavors & fragrance segments.Identify and prospect new customers globally, converting opportunities into tangible business results.Negotiate and close commercial agreements (pricing, volumes, delivery conditions, lead times, and payment terms).Prepare, present, and follow up on offers in close collaboration with the Sales Back Office.Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure efficient after-sales support.Apply sound understanding of Incoterms and international trade practices to structure and secure deals effectively.2. Market & Customer InsightBuild a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive trends.Gather and share market intelligence with R&D, Marketing, QA and Operations to align developments with market demand.3. Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as a key interface between customers and internal teams (R&D, Quality, Operations, Marketing).Ensure clear communication of client expectations and anticipate potential operational challenges.Support product positioning and participate in industry fairs, marketing campaigns, and technical discussions when needed.Create an efficient partnership with the sales back office team to level-up our customer support.4. International Travel & RepresentationRepresent NATIX at international trade shows, client visits, and industry events.Travel worldwide (≈10% as of today) to strengthen partnerships and develop new opportunities.What You BringA Bachelor or Master's degree in international business, marketing, or any revevant field.A scientific background can be an asset if paired with strong commercial skills.3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in cosmetics, ingredients, flavors, or related Life Sciences sectors.Proven ability to negotiate complex international deals and manage multicultural customer relationships.Working knowledge of Incoterms and international logistics practices is a strong asset.Fluent in English (essential); French is a plus.
