We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various tasks related to the operations of the business.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Organize documents and reports for Management Meetings,
* Follow up on internal projects: Monitor and manage action plans,
* Manage car leasing contracts,
* Coordinate internal communications and organize events (meetings, seminars, etc.),
* Greet and manage visitors,
* Catering management for internal and external events,
* Book hotels for business trips,
* Handle ad hoc requests from colleagues and external visitors.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position,
* Fluency in English,
* Excellent proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.),
* Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines,
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities,
* Discretion and confidentiality,
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various hierarchical levels.
