Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager

About the role
We are looking for an experienced and driven IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives within a large-scale digital environment focused on customer onboarding and client interactions. You will play a key role in delivering complex IT and business projects that support customer-facing platforms, reference data flows, and communication channels.
This role sits at the crossroads of IT, business, and operations, requiring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery discipline within an Agile context.
Your mission
As an IT Project Manager, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives, from initiation through to implementation and handover.
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead project planning at project level, including resources, budget, risks, dependencies, and timelines
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
* Define, assign, and track deliverables, ensuring progress, quality, and alignment with objectives
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and agreed quality standards
* Coordinate large-scale and complex initiatives across multiple squads, IT teams, and business units
* Provide clear, structured, and regular reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with internal governance, policies, and Agile delivery practices
* Drive effective risk, issue, and change management to ensure smooth delivery and transition
What you bring
* Solid experience in IT project management (software, infrastructure, and/or data-driven environments)
* Proven experience in budget management, risk management, and resource planning
* Strong systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to manage interdependencies across teams and deliverables
* Background or exposure to the financial services industry
* Hands-on experience working in Agile environments
* Ability to drive change, resolve complex issues, and lead with a servant-leadership approach
* Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
* Proven ability to influence and align diverse IT and business stakeholders
* High level of adaptability in fast-changing and complex environments
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel with pivot tables, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Outlook)
* Excellent command of English, written and spoken

* Knowledge of digital customer onboarding ecosystems (client portals, subscriptions, CRM, Identity & Access Management)
* Project management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI, or equivalent
