For one of our customers who is the operator of Belgium’s high-voltage electricity grid. They ensure the reliability and sustainability of the electricity supply in Belgium. For them w e are looking for a Freelancer Learning & Development Designer Service.
What are the expectd tasks?
* Learning & Development Designer for the Group; You will take up the role in developing learning journeys (blended learning approach) in support of the organizations’ transformation by working closely with the business in the domains of e.g. Finance, Offshore and Digital.
* Supporting in communication & change management of the learning journeys within the organization.
* Sourcing and curating content to feed into guided learning journeys and programs.
* Liaising with all stakeholders (business, L&D teams, participants, ...) to pilot the designed learning experiences.
* Focus on impact maximization for our employees for business strategy realization.

Profile
Requirements for the Learning & Development Expert Role.
* Experience: More than 5 years of experience in designing effective learning journeys using a blended approach (e.g. classroom learning, digital learning, microlearning, mobile learning).
* Ideally experienced in both data skills and soft skills training.
* Experience using an LMS (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) as an administrator, with understanding of its functionalities and logic.
* Experience as an Instructional Designer using one or more authoring tools to design and create e-learnings is a strong asset.
* Familiarity with project management, communication, and change management concepts, tools, and techniques.
* Skills & Competencies
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
* Ability to challenge business requirements with the goal of creating impact.
* Team player who collaborates easily with internal stakeholders and external partners.
* Customer-focused mindset with a passion for education and learner satisfaction.
* Languages
* Fluent in English.
* Knowledge of Dutch, French, and German is a plus.
