We design, deliver, implement and support solutions within the Microsoft 365 technology stack, including Microsoft Copilot, but also other services like SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Planner, Power Platform, and increasingly: custom AI agents built on Azure and .NET.
What will you be doing?
* Design and build AI agent solutions within complex enterprise architectures using .NET and Azure
* Integrate AI capabilities (Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel) into existing business processes and systems
* Own the full stack around AI: data pipelines, APIs, authentication, monitoring, and deployment
* Navigate enterprise constraints: on prem requirements, data residency, security policies, and compliance
* Collaborate with architects and functional leads to translate business problems into technical solutions
* Challenge requirements: ask "why are we building this?" before asking "how do we build this?"
* Mentor junior developers and contribute to our internal AI engineering practices
* Share knowledge with other colleagues in communities and team meetings
Is there a match?
Must have:
* 5+ years of .NET development in enterprise environments
* Solid Azure experience: App Services, Functions, containerized workloads, or similar
* Proven track record with API design and integrations in complex landscapes
* Understanding of CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and production operations
* Experience working with enterprise clients and navigating organizational complexity
* Fluent in Dutch and English
Nice to have:
* Exposure to AI/ML in production
* Experience with Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks
* Background in document processing, workflow automation, or conversational AI
