On behalf of a lead player in the European energy sector, I am currently on the lookout for an experienced HR Business Analyst to join a major European energy transformation project. In this role, you'll work in an agile, international environment, improving HR processes and supporting critical system transformations.
Responsibilities:
* Analyse and define business requirements for HR processes and applications.
* Design functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Prepare and support testing and user acceptance (UAT).
* Provide 2nd-level support for HR applications, mainly SAP S/4HANA and Fiori.
* Identify and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operations.
* Work closely with teams in Belgium and Germany to plan and prioritize improvements.
* Contribute to HR reporting and data analysis to support business decisions.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on HR.
* Strong understanding of HR processes and their business impact.
* SAP HR
* Knowledge of BPMN and UML
Bonus Skills:
* Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, Fiori
Dutch OR French Speaking Required
Start Date: ASAP - as late as September acceptable
Long Term Freelance Contract
Hybrid Working - 1-2 days per week in Brussels
