Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Flanders. As a key member of our commercial unit, you will be responsible for driving growth with General Dentists across the region.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the medical field, and experience working with General Dentists. You will be responsible for managing your assigned sales territory, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying opportunities to grow their business.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing your assigned sales territory
* Becoming a trusted advisor to your customers, helping them modernize and grow their business
* Extending their equipment by proposing innovative solutions such as scanners, software, and related products
* Planning and executing a territory sales plan based on understanding the potential, nurturing, and growing the portfolio
* Using insights and a consultative selling approach to challenge and encourage customers to adopt new digital processes and tools
* Achieving quarterly and yearly territory sales targets
* Partnering with other team members, clinical support, and dental constituents within your territory to maximize customer experience and sales

The ideal candidate will have:

* At least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience
* At least 4 years of sales experience within the medical field, preferably with a HCP approach
* A good track record of performance, achievement, and excellence in growing businesses
* Industry experience selling medical devices, capital equipment, dental, and orthodontic is considered a strong asset
* Strong relationship management skills, including a consultative approach and mapping stakeholders
* Fluent in Dutch and English
* Willingness to travel in assigned territory and occasionally outside to attend meetings and events
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, experience with Salesforce preferred, and virtual communication platforms
