Overview
We are supporting a European luxury fashion house in the search for a Global Retail Director.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility across EMEA, APAC, and the US, focused on driving retail performance, strengthening operational structures, and ensuring a consistent and elevated client experience across all markets.
The Scope
This position holds end-to-end responsibility for the global retail function, spanning commercial performance, operations, and client experience.
You will lead the evolution of the store network, balancing growth and optimisation while ensuring alignment with the brand’s positioning and long-term direction. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure retail remains a key driver of both revenue and brand expression.
The role carries full exposure to P&L, performance strategy, and market-level decision making, with regular engagement across key regions.

* Ownership of global retail performance and KPIs
* Oversight of store operations and retail efficiencies across markets
* Strategic input on expansion, openings, and market development
* Elevation and consistency of the client experience globally
* Leadership and development of regional retail teams
* Alignment between retail, brand direction, and commercial priorities
Profile
* Extensive experience in luxury retail leadership within an international scope
* Proven track record managing multi-region store networks
* Strong commercial acumen, with direct experience in budget ownership and P&L management
* Ability to operate across both strategic and operational levels
* Experience leading senior teams across different markets
* Strong understanding of brand positioning and retail environments
* Analytical, structured, and results-driven
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
* Willingness to be based in Antwerp and travel internationally
