Controller (Production & Purchasing P&L)
You will join a fast-growing organization within the FMCG industry, where finance plays a key role in driving industrial and purchasing performance.
The controlling team is highly connected to operations (production & purchasing), with a strong hands-on mindset and a continuous improvement culture.
You will act as a true business partner to operational teams and be responsible for:
Monitoring, analysing and ensuring the accuracy of production and purchasing P&L results
Analysing variances and delivering high-value business insights
Supporting teams in understanding key performance drivers
Participating in financial review meetings with operational stakeholders
Identifying opportunities to improve financial and operational processes
Supporting and coaching junior team members within the controlling team
Master’s degree in Business Engineering or Applied Economic Sciences (TEW) – mandatory (non-negotiable)
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in controlling and/or audit
Experience or strong interest in FMCG / industrial environments
Fluent Dutch (mandatory), professional level of English or French
SAP knowledge is a plus
