Position Overview
Erbessd Instruments, is seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Leader to drive growth and market expansion across Europe. This role is ideal for a hunter-minded professional who thrives on generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering consistent revenue growth of 20% or more year over year.
The successful candidate will have a background in engineering, preferably with expertise in industrial instrumentation or reliability and maintenance technologies, and a strong track record in business development or sales within technical or industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for Erbessd Instruments across the European market.
· Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with OEMs, distributors, and end-users in the reliability and maintenance sector.
· Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
· Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to customer needs and provide feedback for product development.
· Represent Erbessd Instruments at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings throughout Europe.
· Produce regular sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence updates.
· Establish and grow partnerships to expand Erbessd Instruments’ market reach.
· Lead and mentor regional representatives or distributors, as needed, to drive local sales performance.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical discipline).
· 5+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, or related roles within instrumentation, reliability, or maintenance technologies.
· Proven track record of hunting new business and driving consistent year-over-year growth.
· Experience leading or managing teams and developing sales professionals.
· Multilingual proficiency strongly preferred (English required; additional European languages such as Spanish, French, or German highly valued).
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· High level of computer literacy (CRM, MS Office, data analysis tools).
· Willingness to travel 50% or more across Europe with travel to the US and Mexico also required.
